here's the thing...
i did mention dat i'm afraid of da dark...
well, guess what?
last nite, Al0n3 in my mum's aptmt........ da whole aptmt went BLACK OUT!!!
i mean, every block kat tmn ni x de electricity!
there i was, watching 'madu 3' (P. Ramlee... duh..), next thing i know da whole aptmp jadi gelap gelita
tgh2 mlm, around 1.30 in d a.m.
mak x de kat rumah coz die fly miri with my dad. so mmg sorang2 la kat sini....
so, u can imagine how scared i was in da middle of da nite.....
lain la klu dah tido, mesti x prasan kot dah black out
but who sleeps so early on a weekend nite?!
anyway, tried to call my prnts tapi no one angkat. lagi tensyen...
dah la x jmp flash lite. candle pun x de.
ada mancis, cahaya henfon n lap top punye lite je....
then tried 2 lelap kan mata...
we got back da lights back around 1 hour later.........
thank God i survived. ;-p

memula nak bertolak gi kk bnyk lah cabaran dia:

lil sis forgot her ic
i hadn't had any breakfast
i boarded da plane ALONE
da plane was delayed like, half an hour
so fly kul 10.00a.m instead of 9.30a.m
arrived 12.15 afternoon
juz had a sandwich 4 d whole journey
lapar giler...

n u know what, da bathroom has NO door!

good thing there are no man in this trip. heheheh.....

mkn nasi ayam. there's a shopping mall below da hotel: 1 Borneo
n wat is sabah famous for? its pearl........
jadi, around 3.30p.m. we boarded the shuttle for half an hour 2 Warisan Square, a place recommeded by my mum's fren (who was following us) who was recommeded by her other fren who said the pearls there are juz gorgeous.
n it was......
n i bought somethin there.....
my mum, of course, bought a lot more........
now i'm back in da hotel, juz wastin my time, alone (mum has dinner) till i have 2 fetch my sis from d airport....

here's da thing: as mentioned on my last blog, my sis, ili, mum n myself will b flyin to kk.
but there was 1 itsy bitsy tiny problem: ili 4got 2 bring her ic.
YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok, da problem wasn't tiny. it was HUGE, ENORMOUS, GIGANTIC,
CATASTROPHIC, PROBLEMETIC PROBLEM.
u c, she left her ic at our home in melaka, n we were in freakin putra jaya dis morning. it's like 1 hour drive from melaka to putra n vice versa. n we discovered this news just this morning, at 8.
u know how da things work in d airport, check in 1 jam bfore depature, need ic 2 get 2 kk, blablabla....
anyway, my mum suruh try tny if we could use student id, since ili cume ada student id.
i had 2 b da grown up. she wasn't there 2 help us bcoz dia naik m'sia airlines, while me n sis naik air asia.
so, tny la flight attendant 2, n she said: 'sorry, it isn't possible 4 ur sis 2 go there since they need 2 c ur ic at kk'.
my heart literally stopped 4 a second.
i was like: what's gonna happen 2 da freakin ticket if she can't go?! lebur cam2 je ke?
jadi, perah la otak kpl ni, camne nak solve problem. my dad dah cam nak tarik rambut pikirkan ticket yg akan go 2 waste.
at last, finally, we bought a late ticket 4 her.
she'll b departing at 6.30p.m.

2morrow we fly.......

i remembered my first very own book was enid blyton, the enchanted blower.
well, anyway, 2morrow me, my mum n my lil sis, ili will be flying to kk 4 bout 4 days.
my mum has work there so we siblings juz tag along.
hope we have fun there...

2day my my mum's company held a Family Day at the Wetland in putra jaya. but we didn't really hit the waters.

Program: 'Kempen Berjalalan 10,000 Langkah Hari Keluarga'
Motto: 1 Keluarga, Kesihatan Diutamakan, Silaturahim Dieratkan.

so, kluar rumah around 7.30a.m. it was only me and my mum since my dad had work and my lil sis had piano class and my lil bro was stuck in hostel.
when we arrived, it was cloudy, indicating hujan nak turun. pape pun, they sediakan breakfast, so mkn la dulu.

Apple
Milo
Energy bar
Raisins
Tea n coffee

i only ate a karipap since x de selera.
aound 8.30a.m., the big man arrived, n as usual: speech...............
pas2 baru lah start warm up untk berjalan sebanyak 10 000 langkah. DUMDUMDUM........
r da ppl up 2 it?
well, i'm glad 2 say they did! ;-)

WOHOOOOOOO............. GO EVERYBODY!!!!

x lama pun, took about...... 15 mins or so. heheheheh........
then, very suddenly, the wind got really aggressive, that they had to distibute the ballons 2 da children. There was actually this laodfull of floating ballons around.
but of course, they were few balloons that got away from the clutches of the humans...
MUAHAHAHHAHA...........................

so then we had a few activities:

ping pong beracun
hoki kelapa
balancing bean bags with the shoulders

we had more in store but the weather did not permit us to continue. so we had to cut short.
oh, i forget, they were clowns too.
they really entertained the kids.
so, since the activities were cut short, what happened to all the presents?
well, they distributed the extra presents in 2 short dancing competitions: tarian ponco2 n joget lambak.
the ppl were all excited, since it was the easiest way in the world to win.
they dance in the rain 4 tarian ponco2, but the rain had sropped 4 joget lambak. yep, 2day, lots of ppl became winners.
oh, i almost 4got, we also had lucky draw. n do u know what the luckiest winner got?
a FREAKIN BICYCLE.
2 bad me n my mum didn't win anything.
juz not our luck, i guess.
oh, i also made a new friend:

2day i met with farah's mum. she's nice, n had a lot of insights.
auntie, thanx 4 ur opinion bout my problem. skarang baru faham how things work here.

then we sat 4 about half an hour in class, waitin, until some1 informed us class was cancel
it was cool
so there was only me n farah. the others...

fung: home, sick (hope u get better gurl)
siva: also sick, location unknown (get well soon)
lina: lost without trace (call da FBI!)
alya: matrix, n still didn't re my text (hey, i'm still waitin)

arifah was there 2, though she was sittin somewhere else.
wat we did next, since we had all da time in the world, was we visited da library 4 da first time....
hopefully, 2 get a bearing of things there, like where 2 find da right books, mana spot yg best nak ddk, ectect.
n farah wanted 2 borrow a book
upon arriving at da 1st bookshelf, me n farah started giggling. yup, giggling in da library.
have u ever felt an overwhelming urge to laugh when u r nervous? well, dat was why we were giggling. bcoz we were nervous.
we were looking so amateruish n i had da distant feeling that da people there were looking at us
kiteorg x tau nak buat apa.
we didn't know how 2 find da books, where da shelves for bio books were.....
it was frightenin, standin there with no idea wat we were doing.
so, we had a quick look around n made a dash 4 it.
i never thought my visit 2 da library could become nightmarish.

i slept with my lights on!!!!!

ok, that was not cool, but still...., i did sleep alone. give me credit 4 being brave.
honestly, i'm a bit achluophobic. which means i'm a teeny bit afraid of the dark. not necessarily the night, juz da dark.
even if it's in da middle of da day n i'm in a room which is cut out from any source of light, i get scared.
n i'm not ashamed 2 admit it. it's juz me
u c, i can sleep with my lights out, but since yesterday i watched a horror mu-v, i'm afraid i have 2 buy a night light.
akan mkn masa la nak adapt blk tido dgn lampu t'tutup.
but then, dats what makes me human!!!!
skarang in my room, i can hear school children playing soccer outside (there's a field nearby) they sound like they 're havin a good time. kinda miss my own schoolmates.

this is the old lady who made me sleep with my lights on........

ok, i'm not a big fan of horror flicks, big time. i have a very weak heart
but i have 2 say, drag me 2 hell is a MUST see.
gi tgk mu-v ni 2day with farah n fung, coz x de class, so lepak la.
naik ktm.... wohooo..... it's like my 2nd time naik. x-cited la gak. we had 9 stops b-fore kene change ktm sampai la mid-v.
x dpt ddk da whole journey........ ;<
when we arrived, bought tickets 4 d afternonn session, n teman la farah mkn brunch. kat bk.
(can't belive she n fung could eat the very big burgers each, on their own) it was funny 2 look at them eat.

then, jln2 tanpa arah tujuan. 4 like an hour.
half an hour b-fore da mu-v starts, i got a text from the warden (c previous blog). tgh mkn ice cream 2. lost appetite. decided 2 ignore her.
so, in da mu-v, mmg seram giler. gore, horror, suspense.... u name it.
really, not 4 da weak hearted. i hate d old lady... she makes my stomach curl.
the effect, audio mmg best. sampai menjerit2 org kat wyg.....
da mu-v is about a woman who's been cursed by this old lady juz becoz she embarrassed d old lady infront of everyone.
so, not 2 self: do not anger old ladies with fake teeth. muahahahahaha.........
da rest, u'll have 2 watch it 4 urself.
i had 2 say, even though horror mu-vs are not my cup of tea, drag me 2 hell was worth it
2night, i'm goin 2 sleep with my lights on, or mayb ajak kwn tmn tido.

2 stay or not 2 stay

they say it's not good 2 bottle up everythin inside...

so, da story is
i'm stayin in this hostel. which has a very..... cekik darah tahap max / hypocrite punye warden.
(there's 1 word i wanted 2 write but i think it'll b very unappropriate. so, use ur imagination)
imagine an apartment with 5 rooms (rewrite: 5 very small room) n they wanted 2 squish 14 ppl inside. god dammit, diorang ingat kite ni sardine ke apa. we r students 4 cryin out loud! we need space
dah la apartment 2 pns, cramp, n no tv or washing machine or fridge..... n da rent is 200 per person.
so, let's do some maths here: 200 x 14 is......2800!!!
dat lousy apartment costs 2800! yeah rite.
my mum's apartment costs only 550 n it has 3 rooms n 2 bathrooms.
dats not even da worst part of the warden.
mata duitan 1 hal, but ckp mcm x de arah tuju lagi sakit hati.
yesterday, she told me dat i could stay in this room 4 a single person, n i had all my things move there already.
then, suddenly, she text me 2day n told me 2 MOVE OUT from da room coz there's some other freakin student wants 2 rent da room.
sakit hati bleh smp dpt darah tinggi tau.
smp tgk mu-v pun x sedap hati sgt coz asyik pikirkan hal ni.
nasib la ada this fren, farah yg offer a better apartment. ada fridge, dapur n everything n rent is only 100 over. 2 person per room.
so if u were me, wat would u do?
move out or stand up 4 ur rights?
